The best way to make a booking is to complete the Booking Request form. This provides your personal travel advisor with all the information they need to tailor your holiday to you. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Can I make changes to my booking?
You can cancel your booking by contacting us. Cancellation fees will apply and the total refund amount you will receive will be determined by the terms and conditions of your specific booking.
The terms and conditions of each holiday differ depending on factors such as when you are due to travel and which supplier was used. Contact us providing full details of the change you'd like to make and we will try our best to help. Note that an amendment fee may apply.

Can I pay a deposit?
At Not Just a Destination Travel we use a range of suppliers to get you the best deal. The deposit rules for each supplier vary. You will be told the payment terms for your booking when you are given a quote.
What is ATOL?
This stands for Air Travel Organisers Licence and was introduced by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to protect consumers in the event of an airline or tour operator failure. A financial contribution for the ATOL scheme is payable per passenger (collected at time of booking) which is held in a trust fund by the CAA and used to repatriate or refund customers in the event of failure. You should ensure you have the ATOL certificate and any supporting documents with you when you travel; If you are not in possession of the certificate, and the operator ceases trading whilst you are away, you are not covered and there is no obligation for the CAA to repatriate you.
